H2O Replacement Notification - Appointment Booking

Water meters measure and record the amount of water used within your home and can be helpful in detecting water leaks. To improve accuracy and service, the Town of Eckville has partnered with Metercor to upgrade existing water meters to Advanced Meter Reading (AMI) technology. These new meters offer enhanced precision and reduce the need for estimated readings.
We are requesting residents schedule a free appointment to have their water meter replaced.
A uniformed Metercor representative carrying identification will replace your water meter. Appointments usually take less than one hour. Please note that an adult, aged 18 years or older, must be home for the installation appointment.

To enable this work to be performed with minimal inconvenience to you, please ensure that the area around the meter is accessible, including the control valves before and after the meter.
