Subdivision and Development Appeal Board
Overview
The Subdivision and Development Appeal Board contains both members-at-large and Councilors. The SDAB deals with appeals in regards to decisions made by the Municipal Planning Commission. Meetings are held as required.

Appeals
If you would like to make an appeal in regards to a decision made by the Municipal Planning Commission, please send a letter to the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board Secretary. Appeals must be officially received no later than 14 days after the notice of decision. Letters can be addressed as follows:
